Joe Phillips Outdated product is unusable 7/18/2010 I purchased this product because it was advertised as compatible with 9V and 12V digital picture frames. It failed to power 20+ digital frames in and in-store test. When the company was contacted with questions, they informed me the digital photo frames it was designed for were now obsolete and the battery packs were not powerful enough to work with newer state of the art frames. After charging all of them (there were no instructions in the package) for a long period of time, we still could not get the battery packs to power the frames (even though these were the packs recommended for the digital photo frames). I charged the battery pack, connected it to the digital photo frame and it read two photographs and went dead. I replugged it into the frame and it showed two more photos and the screen went dead.
