I ordered a chair, was told it would be at my house in a week. When it didn't arrive, I called... oopps, they didn't have any more of that chair. I ordered a different chair. Was told it would be at my house in 1 week. No chair. Called, oops, that one was sent out on some palette that got shipped to europe by mistake.
