Not great over the long haul

I really liked this vacuum when I first bought it 3 years ago, but I am ready to replace it now because it does not pick up strings and dog hair on the surface of the carpet. It still has very strong suction. The bag gets filled with small particles and dust approximately every three weeks, but I have to go over and over and over things on the surface only to finally bend over and pick the stuff up and suck it up with the hose. Additionally, when I vacuum over particles on my vinyl and hardwood floors, it blows the particles all over floor. I am ready to move on.

Never buy again

This vacuum worked beautifully the first few times I used it but rapidly went down hill after that and was in the dumpster in less than a year. I was constantly having to remove screws and fiddle with it to make it 'suck'... I would never buy this vacuum again or recommend it to anyone. I replaced it with a Dyson, that I absolutely love, and have had no problems since buying it over a year ago.

Broken after 12 months of use

Very bad quality. The vacuum only lasted 12 months. I only used it 1 per week, so it broke after approx. 52 times of use. Save your money look for a better quality vacuum cleaner. Consider that other reviews are written from people that just bought it or used it only 1-2 times!!! And they are right, at the beginning it works fine, but on the long run it loses its performance.

Not the best, not the worst, it was cheap and we needed a vacuum for our workplace. Heavier than i expected, but other than that, its fine.

It cleans better than a cannister vacuum, but it had to be repaired within the first 3 weeks.
