Now, it's mostly adverts with a few pages of info and recipes here and there, and half of it seems to be geared toward housewives who are intent upon watching every calorie. The bottom-feeders that publish this crud recently did a hit piece on Sarah Palin consisting entirely of unfounded negative rumors and innuendo. The Financial Times is a great newspaper, right up there with the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal.

Financial Times

I've been reading the FT for years and it's an essential part of being an informed reader. It's an absolutely stellar paper.

But buy this subscription anywhere but Amazon. I ordered in December and haven't seen the first issue - it's June now. Amazon/Synapse customer service was 100% useless, except for returning my money. I coudn't even speak to a service manager.

So I ordered in March and they tell me I won't receive the magazine until June! I thought in the age of information and technology, my order would pass on through. Instead its some sort of mule carrying my request to the subscription center. Then they have to hand-write my address on each magazine cover... note sarcasm.
