Party time: Great, Alone time: Average 5/12/2008 If you are playing with 1 or more firends this is an A+ game. There is a lot of text that is involved and no quick way to by-pass it (even on fast message speed) or eliminate it. It would have been nice for Nintendo to have a disable option or actually have the guy talk to you as other platforms do. When on a single player mission the play is the same but just not as fun. After unlocking the 2 hidden characters and buying the extra games there is really no lasting appeal. Over all a very nice game that can be enjoyed alone or with friends. I hope the newer version will support online play as some of the games are going that way. Thank You. Was this review helpful?

super mario party 8 4/28/2008 THIS GAME USUS ONLY THE Wii REMOTE. GREAT FUN FOR KIDS OF ALL AGES. I ENJPY PLAYING WITH THE GRANDKIDS AND ALSO MANAGE TO FIND SOME TIME FOR MYSELF. Thank You. Was this review helpful?
Great Family Game 4/20/2008 My family and I really enjoy playing this together. The only real disappointment is that you have to play with a computer. So you either set is on Normal and except it will win all mini games when it is on its own but will help you when paired up. or set it to Easy and except if you have it as a partner you will have to do all the work. My girlfriend on the other hand is not a gamer at all, I mean pretty much the farthest thing from a gamer but as soon as she played this once she was absolutely hooked, now all I hear is " Can we play mario party?," "Do you wanna play a game of mario party?"
