IT ALMOST 7 MONTHS SINCE I QUIT SMOKING THANKS TO COMMIT.

I started smoking when I was 13. I wanted to quit and I tried everything... doctors, patches, pills, candy, gum, hypnosis... nothing worked. This past winter I was playing in the snow with my grandkids and I lost my breath running through the snow. I went down to my knees gasping for air. I was coughing and struggling for breath. My grandkids were screaming to my wife telling her I fell. I decided this wasn't going to kill me any time soon. I had the desire to quit now, which is most important. The Cherry Commits were there to help, and they were the best help I found to date. I have a therapist that reaffirms how proud I should be and that helps too. Commit has helped make me a non-smoker! I still keep a box handy 'cause ya never know.
I am 59 now and I can breathe!! You have to have the desire first, then the help!

It's great to have the Cherry flavor available now. The price is still way too high. Hopefully that will change with time.
