I just got it today. The right slot is the card reader. The left slot is the memory expansion. The model is aspire one ZG5. For the power cord, attach the cord to the netbook then to the wall. remove the cord from the wall and then from the netbook. Don't place it on vibrating surface. Charging will

This is a very reliable software, I was surprised it works so well after all the criticisms from other Mac owners. Although, I have both Microsoft Office 2008 & iWork 08 and I find a place for both of them for my family to use, I will say Microsoft Office 2008 is pretty easy and reliable to use. H
