I read the instructions and followed them explicitly. It seemed to heat up, but steam never came out. I thought maybe just the one I bought was defective, but after reading these reviews I'm sure it is the product itself. Oh well, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is (I hate ironing!)

What a disapointment. This is not at all what I expected. I couldn't even finish reading this. From what I did read none of the authors experiences are based on truth. Nothing can be proved or is documented. The reader is treated like a idiot. Am I really supposed to believe that a "Divine Dow
