Compare With Mr. Obama 5/12/2008 Here we have a man of true principles who has never voted for an unconstitutional bill. In The Revolution: A Manifesto, Dr. Paul has given readers a valuable education in history, politics and economics. He risks speaking the truth when all others are paid to represent the Establishment myths. Contrast this with the sweet sounding rhetoric of Mr. Obama's book, The Audacity of Hope. Anyone still able to use reason will be able to recognize the difference. Haven't we been drugged with political rhetoric and the promise of "real change" enough times over the last 45 years? There is a reason for the ground-swell of support for Ron Paul from young voters. There is a reason this book was recently Amazon's #1 bestseller (before they sold out). A must read 5/12/2008 This book explains a lot of truth. Big government and big corporations are ruling the people when the people should rule themselves for a truly prosperous nation. Our own provocation in the middle east is a huge problem we face since 1980. Read the definition of liberty.
Great book! 5/12/2008 I heard this book via CD, and it is informative and, in many respects, sad - sad that our country is in such bad shape and we have been lied too for so long that we no longer even know what the truth is. Highly recommend this book to anybody who wants to know what is going on with your country.
Perfect introduction to Ron Paul 5/11/2008 This book is a perfect introduction to Ron Paul and what he stands for. I would suggest this book to anyone of any age that is curious about his message. Those already familiar will also enjoy this book, as you learn a bit more about what lead him to his message and what books and writers influenced him. I can't wait to start working my way through his list of suggested books at the end!
The Freedom Manifesto 5/11/2008 Should be required school reading and found in every public library! Maybe every elected official and ALL public sevants should be required to read it as well as the Constitution.
