This camera is very durable and seems to be easy to use for a 3 year old. My daughter has fun taking photos with it. However, do not plan on using this camera to print pictures. My daughter received these paints as a gift and used them on paper. Some of her work went off the paper and onto a pottery barn white children's play table.
