I just got my case today and it was a little bit of a head scratcher to get the case on but my fiance fiddled with it and got is snuggly on for me. This case is pretty! It makes my pink 8gb nano look so elegant and sleek. I would definitely say that this was worth the money. As for some that stated that the only way to get the case off is to break it, I actually snapped it on the first time only to realize that I had it upside down and it covered my port. So my fiance was able to remove the case and snap it the right way without breaking the case or the player so it is possible to remove the case if you needed to. Definitely worth my time and money and it covers the screen as well!

The case is difficult to get off, but is a must if you're not very careful or if you're accident-prone. It's a good idea, in general. It does not protect the screen, ports or the click-wheel. Dust and dirt can get underneath the case. But it protects from low-impact accidents, like being crushed by a book, used as a doggie chewtoy for a brief moment, or dropped a small distance. And it's clear plastic, so it's not as bulky or offensive if you don't like the silicone cases.

Just got a new iPod and wanted to keep it safe. I'd used a different kind of cover on my last one, but the screen kept getting dirty. This case fits snuggly enough that the screen stays clean and the rest of the unit is protected as well. I also like the fact that it's clear. It's a bit difficult to get it to snap on, but maybe it's just me. Overall, a great product.

I give it a 4 because it was a little too long. It didn't allow the 30 pin connector for the Apple a/v cable to completely plug in. So I just sanded it down a little.

Not worth a dime. The plastic doesn't even stay together. We tried it and it fell apart. Threw it away 5 minutes after we received it.
