If this alone will not get your Blackberry back on track, then you can blast the keyboard and the trackball with a hairdryer. Start out at a warmer setting and then finish off at a colder setting, to help it contract.

Let it sit for a while, and then try to make it work again by pressing down on the trackball and rolling it in the direction it would not move to before.
