Samsung SyncMaster 2443BWX 24" LCD Monitor
Not compatible with AGP Video Cards
I got the monitor to use with an older PC to be used at 1920x1200 resolution and an AGP card.
Pros:
Good quality Samsung LCD panel
Good price but this is a budget monitor
Cons:
1. Did not work with AGP video adapters - using HDMI. We tested with 2 PC's. It works great with a current PC with built in graphic adaptor
2. Height does not adjust. I a

Ordering electronics from Amazon, not a great idea
I ordered this computer from amazon - a different choice for me as I usually buy from Apple store directly.
The computer arrived damaged, and for the past 2 weeks, I have been trying to send it back! It's a nightmare trying to get someone on the phone - three trys later, and promises of pick up... still waiting. Will never order electronics from Amazon again. I had a television I bought 4

Apple Cinema 23-inch HD Flat-Panel Display
Overpriced
Apple monitors are seriously overpriced. It is a decent monitor, just much too expensive. For your money there are better alternatives.
If you want a good photo editing 24in LCD look at the NEC 2490WUXi. It is about 200 more but the screen is much better. It has an A-TW polarizer which increases the viewing angle and comes with an internal LUT for better calibration. Colorcomp

Why XP in the smaller partition?
This product is unbelievably fast, has excellent handling, perfect wi-fi, camera is nice, sound is excellent. It has it all. The nasty snag is that Windows XP is installed in a *4Gb partition*. If I know that beforehand I would had reconsidered my choice of buying it. After a few installs and Windows Update the C:\ drive becomes full and you can't do anything else. Toshiba Satellite A215-S4747 15.4-inch Laptop (AMD Turion 64 Processor TL56, 1 G
Excellent for simple tasks...horrific for anything
I've had this laptop for over a year in college (it survived my dorm room, so kudos for that), and the fact that I had bought it for about 650 dollars is a pretty good deal. But like the title suggests, this laptop is really only suitable for simple tasks, such as typing essays and doing basic research on the internet. The screen is bright and there are no bubbles or discrepancies of any kind, a

APPLE SAYS THIS IS A "USED" COMPUTER-WON'T SUPPORT
I purchased this imac at the end of August 08. It worked fine for 2 or 3 days, then it suddenly began to shut off for no reason. The computer would often reboot, cycle on, then reboot again. I called Apple for support but was told they would not give me any phone support because my computer had originally been purchased in May 2008. Not by me, of course, but by Amazon. The image on this display is bright and sharp. It has fairly good contrast. The size is very nice too.
However...
The color is far too blue, even with color adjustments, but not enough to ruin the experience, but enough to nag at your attention if you use more than 1 display together. I wish I could see another in person to see if the blueness is defect or just the way the displ

ViewSonic VX2240w 22-inch Digital/ Analog Widescreen LCD Monitor
5 Star monitor with extremely annoying problem.
Bought this monitor after doing a lot of research on which monitor to get. My first choice was a Samsung 226BW but after reading about quality control issues with the lcd panel on those I decided to go with the Viewsonic since it had the best color reproduction and fast response time.
This monitor is great as long as you keep the dynamic contrast feature off and configure your video card's g

LG W2252TQ 22-inch Widescreen LCD Monitor
Cannot get the color right, and grainy display
Good: no dead pixels
Bad:
* the same resolution (1680 x 1050) is shared by 19", 20" and 22" LCD panel. You can imagine the grainy display for your photos. Dot Pitch of 0.282 mm is really stretching the limit. To get some sense of the dot pitch: I have a 15" LCD with pitch size 0.25 mm, and a 17" LCD of size 0.264 mm. So don't be fooled by the size of LCD monitors!!

It's Ok, It's Alright
This computer is pretty, compact, and light. It's a great computer, but I'm a little disappointed with the sound. This product was created with entertainment capabilities highly prioritized into its design. They clearly missed the mark with the sound quality as it is very low even at the loudest setting, and there is no "depth" in the sounds -- all mids practically. Also, the wi-fi is not as r

I chose HP over Toshiba because the critical features offered more for the money and a couple of technical guys recommend

For the money, the Sony FW-139 has a fast processor and a great videocard. I also love the 16+ inch screen which might be a little smaller than a 17" screen... but the notebook is considerably lighter than 17" models. It allows me to maximize screen real estate without having to lug around a beast.
I have two gripes about this laptop though. The first is the placement of USB ports.

Nice machine but not enough RAM for Vista
I bought this machine in August 2007 for my business. While I love the screen size, there is definitely not enough RAM to run with Vista -- this has 2Gb, which has proven to be too little. The machine is very slow to start up and locks up when a large file, such as Power Point or video, is opened. I often have to close everything up and restart the machine. I checked with HP, and the laptop wi

I love my macbook pro except for the fact that I paid a ton of money for a new product that had a burn out pixel on the lcd screen. According to Amazon, they won't accept a return if only one pixel is burnt out. Nice how they don't tell you that up front. I paid for a fully functioning product, not one that has a defect no matter how small it is to them.

It is really a shame that such a nice laptop is ruined by Sony's crapware. The first boot experience is the most unpleasant I have had to date.
