This is a great book and I highly recomment it. I read it in one day and gave it to my sister-in-law to read. She agrees with me that everybody should read this book.

Conflicted with my ZoneAlarm and caused my WinXP desktop to freeze repeatedly. Symantec said Norton Removal Tool had to be downloaded in order to uninstall, but this tool didn't work (nothing at all happened when I clicked). Contacted Symantec support via online chat, and techie eventually advised
